Tests and Graduation Rates

The U.S.A. Today reports on research by Swarthmore and Harvard professors about the effect that high school exit exams have on graduation rates. The paper states, "...In those (states) with the toughest exams, black male students are 7.3% more likely to drop out of high school, researchers from Swarthmore and Harvard colleges reported recently."
