The Importance of Editors
I read the post that I wrote about equity to Ali when I got home. As I read it aloud, I realized that I definitely could have used an editor. I changed it but if you read it before I changed it, I appologize. The next time you see an editor say thank you.

I don't care how many times I proofread as I write, after I write, after I upload it, while I preview it, and one final check after hitting the publish button I will still find errors of some kind. Sometimes our brain reads what should be there.
